Private lessons are available for all levels of riders. Horses are carefully selected based on each rider’s skill level and height.
Beginner riders start by learning in the barn, and will cover basic horsemanship, as well as grooming and preparing your horse for your lesson. In the ring, beginner lessons will start on the lunge line to build confidence and strength in the saddle while learning the basics. As you progress, and once you are deemed ready by your instructor, you will arrive early to tack up independently, and ride for the full fifty minute session.
Intermediate and advanced riders should arrive 20 minutes prior the beginning of their lesson to groom and tack up prior to riding. For those riders who are deemed ready, lessons alternate between dressage and jumping instruction.
